Make Plans for the 2024 EELC!
The Early Educators Leadership Conference (EELC) is a national event that supports a broad vision to advance and unify the early childhood education workforce, inspire early childhood educators, elevate educational leaders, and foster professional development.
The 2024 EELC theme, “Igniting Innovation in Early Childhood: From Passion to Action,” is perfectly aligned with sessions that delve deeply into the transition from passion to transformative action in early childhood education. These sessions will specifically focus on advocacy, career pathways, and equitable practices. We will examine important topics such as, exploring new frontiers in advocacy, community-based career pathways, and equity in the early classroom. Together, we will ignite innovation and pave the way for a brighter future in early childhood education. The sessions focus include:
- Inspire Your Advocacy: Highlight the pivotal role that advocacy plays in igniting positive change. We will delve into innovative strategies, share inspirational stories, and empower one another to transform our passion into action. Together, let’s amplify our voices and ignite the positive change needed to shape the future of early childhood education.
- Ignite Community-Based Career Pathways: Uncover groundbreaking approaches, share your experiences, and collaborate on innovative solutions to enhance early education career pathways. Let’s come together to ignite the flames of innovation and fuel the progress of our community.
- Trailblaze Equitable Practices: Explore innovative approaches that empower us to trailblaze the creation of inclusive and equitable practices.
